New Anti Terror Laws for India

Two new anti-terror laws has been passed in Lok Sabha this month. These new laws will help law enforcing agencies to tackle terrorism and terrorists better. The two bills passed for the purpose are:

1. Setting up a National Security Agency (NSA) and
   
   
2. Amending the provisions of existing Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Bill.

These laws are said to balance the requirements of Security Agencies and that of Principles of Natural Justice. How much these laws will help the situation is still not clear as laws need understanding and proper implementation to work as intended.
